The production of PP honeycomb sheets involves several key steps:
- Raw Material Preparation: Select high-quality PP resin pellets as the main raw material to ensure optimal physical and chemical properties.
- Extrusion Molding: Use specialized equipment to extrude molten PP material into specific strip shapes, which are then cooled and set into stable honeycomb units.
- Thermal Pressing Composite: Arrange multiple independent honeycomb units neatly in molds, apply appropriate pressure and temperature, bonding the upper and lower layers tightly with the honeycomb core to form complete platisc PP honeycomb panels.
- Cutting and Trimming: Precisely cut the finished products according to required dimensions and trim edges for a neat appearance.
- Quality Inspection: Strictly adhere to relevant standards for batch inspection, ensuring all indicators meet specified requirements; substandard products are not allowed to leave the factory.

3. What thickness range you can do?
We can do thickness from 2.8mm to 30mm. Min gsm is 700gsm. Max gsm is 6000gsm.

5. What is your lead time?
For pp honeycomb board, lead time is 15 days after receiving your deposit.
6. Do you accept OEM or ODM?
We do both OEM and ODM. Customized products are welcome.

For pp honeycomb board, we have 2500x1600mm stock. But not too many. Please contact us in advance before order.
